Tommy Toshiro, of Austin, Texas, demonstrates how he measures the required "3 Feet" passing distance required by city ordinance. After he completed his pass of UT Liberal Arts major Betty Tanaka, Toshiro, (whose car can be seen in the background) measured the distance to make sure he was being "bike friendly" (also a legal requirement in Austin).
